Fresa HPC a 4 Taglienti con Profilo da Sgrossatura
Le nostre frese HPC a 4 taglienti con rompitruciolo sono progettate per massimizzare la produttività nelle lavorazioni di sgrossatura. Grazie a una geometria ottimizzata e alla particolare conformazione dei taglienti, questa linea assicura un'elevata resistenza all'usura, rendendole la soluzione ideale per chi cerca la massima esportazione del truciolo nei cicli di lavorazione più impegnativi. Per esaltarne al massimo il rendimento, vengono fornite di serie con l'esclusivo rivestimento Cer-Y di ultima generazione, creando una barriera protettiva che riduce drasticamente l'attrito e previene l'incollamento dei trucioli. Il rivestimento Cer-Y permette così di lavorare a secco o con lubrificazione minimale e garantire una longevità del tagliente senza compromessi, sui materiali più ostici.
