Double Cut Endmill
Our cross-cut milling cutters for CNC deburring are engineered to deliver maximum efficiency and consistent performance in automated edge finishing and cleaning operations. Designed to withstand repeated impacts and the high stresses typically encountered during edge processing, these tools feature a multi-edge geometry with a negative rake angle to strengthen the cutting edge and reduce the risk of micro-chipping or breakage.
The innovative cross-cut geometry ensures effective chip fragmentation and efficient heat dissipation, helping to maintain lower operating temperatures throughout the machining process.
To provide maximum application flexibility, this range is available both uncoated and with our Cer-T TiAlN PVD coating, which enhances resistance to abrasive wear and extends tool life in high-speed machining.
