Single-cut right-hand screw cutter for processing a wide range of plastics.
This family of products has been designed with a particular aggressive geometry making them perfect for quick removal, trimming and grooving applications on CNC machines and pantographs, ensuring clean edges, shiny walls and total absence of burrs on PMMA (plexiglass), PVC, polycarbonate (PC), ABS, NYLON and polyethylene (PE).
Furthermore, the lapped throat ensures that the thermoplastic chip is evacuated instantly before it can melt or knead on the tool.
The front geometry allows you to perform complex drilling, ramp milling, solid pocketing, and subsequent perimeter trimming cycles in a single configuration, optimizing cycle times and eliminating the need for pre-drilling.
Available in a wide range of sizes.
