Single Flute Endmill (Left Helix, Right Hand Cut)
Designed to solve locking and finishing on thin or flexible materials, this single-cut cutter combines a right-hand cut with a left-hand helix geometry. This specific inverted configuration exerts a downward-oriented axial thrust during the cutting action: the pressure effect generated stabilizes the workpiece against the work surface, preventing lifting, harmful vibrations, or slippage of small più components, even in the absence of high-power vacuum fastening systems.
The left helix conveys the sizzle towards the bottom of the groove, ensuring a perfectly clean upper edge of the panel, free of burrs and completely free from chipping or swelling. The single cutting edge, mirror sharpened to reduce thermal friction, prevents plastic from kneading and melting. Tjis product is the ideal tool for CNC removal, and shaping of thin PMMA (plexiglass), PVC, polycarbonate (PC), ABS, NYLON, and polyethylene (PE) sheets, as well as layered plastic materials.
