Developed specifically to meet the strict aesthetic standards in the visual and advertising industries. The distinctive balanced cutting edge geometry, very aggressive mirror sharpening, and use of ultra-fine-grained carbide minimize harmonic vibrations during processing, ensuring sharp edges and glossy finishes on PMMA (plexiglass), PVC, polycarbonate (PC), ABS, NYLON, and polyethylene (PE).
Furthermore, the lapped throat ensures that the thermoplastic chip is evacuated instantly before it can melt or knead on the tool.
The front geometry allows you to perform complex drilling, ramp milling, solid pocketing, and subsequent perimeter trimming cycles in a single configuration, optimizing cycle times and eliminating the need for pre-drilling.
