Ball Nose Single Flute Endmill (Straight)
Developed to combine 3D modeling possibility, emptying of connected pockets, and copying operations with maximum cutting neutrality, eliminating any lifting or crushing forces on the workpiece.
This single-cut cutter is distinguished by its straight (axial) cutting edge geometry. Having no helix inclination, the tool discharges stresses purely radially during machining: this dynamic stability and agrave makes it the best choice for cutting plastic films, thin sheets and flexible plates that would tend to rise or vibrate under the action of a traditional helix.
Recommended for CNC and pantograph machining of materials such as PMMA (plexiglass), PVC, polycarbonate (PC), ABS, NYLON, and polyethylene (PE).
Available in a wide range of sizes.
