Ball Nose Single Flute Endmill (Right Helix)
Developed for three-dimensional modeling, joint pocket excavation, and 3D copying operations on technopolymers, this cutter combines the hemispherical head profile with the fluidity of the single cutting edge. The radial geometry distributes stresses homogeneously, eliminating internal stresses and surface micro-cracks during ramp passages or complex changes of direction.
The single-cut architecture creates an exceptionally large propeller shaft which, combined with the upward traction of the right propeller, instantly expels plastic chips from the cutting area. This prevents heat build-up and subsequent softening or sticking of the polymer onto the tool. The mirror finish of the cutting edge cleaves the material with surgical precision, returning shiny, burr-free joined surfaces. È the ideal tool for premium three-dimensional finishes on pantographs and CNCs for PMMA (plexiglass), PVC, polycarbonate (PC), ABS, NYLON, and polyethylene (PE).
