3 Flutes Endmill (Straight)
Developed to offer maximum cutting neutrality and eliminate any lifting or crushing forces on the workpiece, this Z=3 cutter is distinguished by its straight (axial) cutting geometry. Having no helix inclination, the tool discharges stresses purely radially during machining: this dynamic stability and agrave makes it the best choice for cutting plastic films, thin sheets and flexible plates that would tend to rise or vibrate under the action of a traditional helix.
Recommended for CNC and pantograph machining of materials such as PMMA (plexiglass), PVC, polycarbonate (PC), ABS, NYLON, and polyethylene (PE).
