The three-edge geometry distributes the shear stress in an exceptionally balanced manner, minimizing mechanical stresses and canceling harmonic vibrations even during heavy removals.
The three propeller shafts, although compact, are carefully proportioned and mirror-like to make the most of the upward thrust of the right propeller: the chip is evacuated continuously and smoothly, avoiding thermal stagnation and the consequent risk of polymer melting. The action of the three cutting edges performs a progressive and close microremoval that cleaves the material with absolute precision, returning shiny perimeter walls, sharp edges and surfaces free of burrs or microcracks. Optimized for use on high-dynamic CNC machining centers, it expresses the highest contour, flattening and clogging performance of nylon, delrin (POM), ABS, polycarbonate and glass-loaded plastic.
