3 Flutes Endmill (Left Helix, Right Hand Cut)
Designed to combine high productivety with maximum stablety locking on flexible or low-thickness materials, this cutter combines right-hand cutting with a left-hand triple helix geometry. The three-edge configuration symmetrically distributes the cutting efforts, minimizing vibrations and allowing for very high speed.
During machining, the left tilt of the propellers generates a constant downward axial thrust: this "pressor" effect firmly stabilizes the small più geometric panels or details against the work surface, eliminating the risk of lifting or shifting even in the absence of high-power vacuum systems. The sizzle is conveyed towards the bottom of the groove, leaving the upper edge of the plate perfectly clean, free of burrs and completely free from chipping or micro-cracks.
Thanks to the mirror-polished grooves, the chip is evacuated quickly, avoiding accumulation or stagnation, which could ruin the particular work.
Recommended for precision contouring and shaping machining with CNC machines and pantographs of materials such as PMMA (plexiglass), PVC, polycarbonate (PC), ABS, NYLON and polyethylene (PE).
