This right-hand helical two-edge cutter represents the perfect balance between removal and discharge. The double helix configuration distributes the workload symmetrically, drastically reducing unbalances and vibrations, and also allows for superior advancement speeds.
Recommended for CNC and pantograph machining of materials such as PMMA (plexiglass), PVC, polycarbonate (PC), ABS, NYLON, and polyethylene (PE).
The front geometry allows you to perform complex drilling, ramp milling, solid pocketing, and subsequent perimeter trimming cycles in a single configuration, optimizing cycle times and eliminating the need for pre-drilling.
Available in a wide range of sizes.
