2 Flutes Endmill (Left Helix, Right Hand Cut)
Designed to combine high productivetà with maximum stablety locking on flexible or low-thickness materials, this cutter combines right-hand cutting with a left-hand double-helix geometry. The two-edge configuration symmetrically distributes cutting efforts, minimizing vibrations and allowing for superior speed and advance.
During machining, the left tilt of the propellers generates a constant downward axial thrust: this "pressor" effect firmly stabilizes the small geometric panels or details against the work surface, eliminating the risk of lifting or shifting even in the absence of high-power vacuum systems. The sizzle is conveyed towards the bottom of the groove, leaving the upper edge of the plate perfectly clean, free of burrs and completely free from chipping or micro-cracks.
Thanks to the mirror-polished grooves, the chip is evacuated quickly, avoiding accumulation or stagnation, which could ruin the particular work.
Recommended for precision contouring and shaping machining with CNC machines and pantographs of materials such as PMMA (plexiglass), PVC, polycarbonate (PC), ABS, NYLON and polyethylene (PE).
