2 Flutes Endmill (45° Right Helix)
Evolution of the standard double-edged geometry, this cutter is distinguished by the inclination of the right helix to 45°, developed to maximize the cutting fluidity and the quality of the finish on plastics and engineering materials. The accentuated helix angle increases the progressive contact surface between the cutting edge and the material, transforming the entry impact into an ultra-soft sliding action that reduces vibrations and significantly improves the surface finish.
Recommended for CNC and pantograph machining of materials such as PMMA (plexiglass), PVC, polycarbonate (PC), ABS, NYLON, and polyethylene (PE).
The front geometry allows you to perform complex drilling, ramp milling, solid pocketing, and subsequent perimeter trimming cycles in a single configuration, optimizing cycle times and eliminating the need for pre-drilling.
