Our HPC Up&Down carbon fiber cutters with opposing propellers represent engineering excellence for trimming and geometric contouring of multilayer composite panels.
This configuration generates converging shear forces that compress the fibers towards the center of the material during the pass: the result is a flawless finish and totally free of burrs and delaminations on all surfaces of the panel.
Thanks to the two-edge geometry, material removal becomes a high-productivity action.
Available uncoated, and with the latest generation Cer-taC coating with very high surface hardness offering exceptional resistance to abrasive wear.
