Z=2 Front Cut Endmill for GFRP Milling
Fibrous material cutters for contouring, trimming and perimeter shaping workings. The Z2 front cut allows direct axial entry into the workpiece.
This configuration allows for complex drilling, ramp milling, solid pocketing, and subsequent perimeter trimming cycles to be performed in a single configuration, optimizing cycle times and eliminating the need for pre-drilling.
The tool body focuses all cutting efficiency on the peripheral diameter, where we offer the possibility of customizing the cutting action by choosing between three different types of teeth:
- fine: ideal for thin thicknesses and excellent finishes
- media: the versatile più choice for a perfect balance between removal and finishing
- coarse: designed to maximize exhaust and velocità on strong thicknesses
This perimeter micro-geometry pulverizes fiberglass (GFRP), fiberglass, and laminated panels, dramatically reducing shear stress and eliminating delamination or fraying.
Perfect for use on CNC machines and pantographs.
