Z=2 Drilling Front Cut Endmill for GFRP Milling
Fibrous material cutters for contouring, trimming and perimeter shaping workings. The Z2 front cut at 135° allows for extreme easeà direct axial entry into the workpiece.
This configuration allows for complex drilling and subsequent perimeter trimming cycles to be performed in a single configuration, optimizing cycle times and eliminating the need for pre-drilling.
The tool body focuses all cutting efficiency on the peripheral diameter, where we offer the possibility of customizing the cutting action by choosing between three different types of teeth:
- fine: ideal for thin thicknesses and excellent finishes
- media: the versatile più choice for a perfect balance between removal and finishing
- coarse: designed to maximize exhaust and velocità on strong thicknesses
This perimeter micro-geometry pulverizes fiberglass (GFRP), fiberglass, and laminated panels, dramatically reducing shear stress and eliminating delamination or fraying.
Perfect for use on CNC machines and pantographs.
