Ball Nose Endmill for GFRP Milling
Radiated fibers for fibrous materials for contouring, trimming and perimeter shaping processes. The front cut allows direct axial entry into the workpiece.
This configuration allows for complex drilling and subsequent perimeter rethreading cycles to be performed in a single configuration, optimizing cycle times and eliminating the need for pre-drilling.
The tool body focuses all cutting efficiency on the peripheral diameter, where we offer the possibility of customizing the cutting action by choosing between three different types of teeth:
- fine: ideal for thin thicknesses and excellent finishes
- media: the versatile più choice for a perfect balance between removal and finishing
This perimeter micro-geometry pulverizes fiberglass (GFRP), fiberglass, and laminated panels, dramatically reducing shear stress and eliminating delamination or fraying.
Perfect for use on CNC machines and pantographs.
