2 Flutes Cutter Up&Down Chip Breaker
This line was designed to maximize the mechanical properties of integral carbide, and to overcome the toughness and extreme elasticity of aramid fibers. Our 2-edge HPC cutters with alternating chip breaker offer a definitive solution for clean Kevlar processing without delamination in both foratua and milling.
Unlike traditional composite materials, Kevlar fibers tend to flex rather than break; the special alternating micro-tooth acts with a cross-cutting action that sharply traps and severs the filaments, preventing the tool from dragging or fraying them.
The two-edge configuration maximizes the width of the discharge compartments, ensuring immediate evacuation of filamentous sizzle and dramatically reducing fiber accumulation in the work area.
The particular front geometry ensures excellent stability and precision when drilling, ensuring clean, burr-free edges.
Developed in various lengths to fit any thickness.
