Twist Drill for Manual and CNC Application for Kevlar drilling
Designed to overcome the extreme elasticity and tenacity of aramid fibers.
This bit solves the problem of flexible fibers thanks to sharp front cutting edges that sharply sever the fiber without tearing, creating geometrically perfect, fray-free cosy holes. The special propeller traps and evacuates the fiber, making the cutting area clean of debris and dust.
- Strengths: Clean cut without fraying, reduced axial stress and excellent chip evacuation.
- Main use: Ballistic components, motorsport bodies, structural panels and Kevlar protections.
Suitable for both manual drilling and CNC drilling.
